About Me

Chalmer Williams, a Tuskegee University graduate with B.S. in Business Administration, started his journey working with youth and families in 2015. While working as a paraprofessional and Restorative Justice Coordinator, Chalmer developed a love for connecting with youth, building community, and helping others resolve conflict through restorative practices. To further express his dedication to his community, he independently published two books and created a podcast for fathers.
Years later, Chalmer now serves as a Fatherhood Specialist for Safe Alliance and as a facilitator for the Cultivating Fathers Program through the Man In Me. He enjoys empowering fathers to take an active role in parenting with the hopes of creating healthy families and closing the disparity of absentee fathers.
Chalmer is a devoted Christian, husband, and father to two beautiful children. When Chalmer is not working he is reading to his kids, hanging with family and friends, swimming, and playing board games.
